About Us

My background is in health science and administration. I have been involved with exercise, nutritional health and wellness coaching for over 20 years.  Exercise is an important component of selfcare which is a crucial step on the wellness ladder. I train adults over 50 and individuals interested in lifestyle changes to promote wellness.  My training principles emphasize low impact modalities and strength training that produces results my clients can adapt and use for many years.  I focus on strength training that is effective and easy on the joints.  I also like to create healthy recipes and explore healthy nutrition options that I can share with interested clients.
